philosophy is squarely focused on
offering the very best products available
to our guests and members unilaterally
throughout our restaurant and catered
events.
Calaveras County and Northern California
are blessed with many splendid home
grown or raised organic products that
we use both on a regular and seasonal
basis. We carefully select our ingredients
both locally and from throughout the
country and import many items internationally
as needed. This careful balance produces
what we feel is the very best product
available in our region. We are proud
of this accomplishment and look forward
to your visit with great enthusiasm.
After reviewing our menus, keep in
mind that we will change our products
and entrees four times a year. In
this way, you can be assured that
only the best seasonal products are
offered and ultimately the very best
menu that we can produce. Although
a great degree of effort is spent
researching our products, all items
prepared in the kitchen are made from
scratch, with many sauces and bases
a product of years of refinement.
