in the Saddle Creek Golf Club
is optional for the residents
of the community. The Lodge
offers its members a gathering
place to socialize with their
neighbors and guests. The Members’ Lounge is a private place to
play cards, watch the game or
just relax after your round.
The Lounge is furnished with
comfortable furniture as well
as a video conference equipment
in case you need to take care
of your business remotely. Our
staff is well trained and available
to take care of your needs.
Our facilities and services
help create an exceptional golf
experience. Golf members
enjoy many privileges including
private tournaments, advance
tee times, special social events,
and private cart ownership.
Members’ of the clubs
may elect to join either the
Men’s or Ladies' Golf Clubs.
Each club hosts an Invitational
Tournament annually as well
as monthly golf events for all
levels of play. The clubs are
active in planning special tournaments
in the spirit of the game.

Club is a semi-private club and
offers the following membership options:
2008 Membership Options
$25,000 Golf Membership - (Recallable if non-property owner) Entitles your family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) unlimited use of the Golf Course and Practice Facility. This Membership is eligible to be sold back to the Club under the stipulations listed in the 1999 Membership Plan. A 30% transfer fee will apply for resigned Members.
Initiation Fee Payment Option
- 10% discount for payment in full.
$11,000 Term Golf Membership – Recallable. This Membership entitles your family (including spouse and dependent children under age 23) unlimited use of the Golf Course and Practice Facility. 50% of the current Golf Membership initiation fee is due upon enrollment and 50% is due upon the first anniversary of the enrollment date. A 10% initiation fee discount will be given if 100% of initiation fee is paid upon enrollment. 100% of initiation fee can be applied to a Golf Membership within the first year. 50% can be applied to Full Golf Membership within the second year. 0% will be applied following the second year. The first three months of dues are complimentary, current rate of dues will be paid monthly beginning the fourth month and must be kept current.
