the year, our special events
team capitulates seasonal holidays
and traditional local events
and creates a special package
or function for our members
and Bungalow Guests. We are
proud to offer unique experiences
that truly define the creativity
of our resort.
You will experience food and
wine at its very best when attending
our special Wine Dinners. Partnering
with both local and regional
wineries, the Saddle Creek Resort
features sumptuous wine and
food pairings in one grand event.
The Resort’s famous Tropical
Summer Celebration has featured
a Hawaiian Luau for many years,
complete with authentic Hawaiian
hula dancers, tiki torches a
Hawaiian band and a culinary
display fit for a king. Each
season a special summer tribute
is held in late July for all
guests of the lodge. The 2006
celebration is titled the Jamaican
Jam, with classic music and
fair sure to please. Reserve
now for this event.
Our Holiday Celebration begins
in November with a transformation
of the property to a fall festival
of colors and decorative displays.
Thanksgiving is simply spectacular
with a grand feast of traditional
selections served fresh to the
table, family style, complete
with your own table side carving
of freshly roasted turkey and
herb crusted pork loin. Reserve
early please.
A Classical Victorian theme highlights
our preparation for the most wonderful
season of all. The entire staff
is dressed in costume taking us
to the era of Charles Dickens.

The festivities peak for our Grande
New Years Eve theme party. Each
year is special with dinner, dancing,
special artistic displays throughout
the evening, all within a short
walk to your Bungalow. Create

The celebration continues with
a “A Tribute to Frank Sinatra”
and a special Valentines Dinner
and Dance. Paired perfectly with
select wines, sweethearts will
enjoy both the culinary arts and
