Wine is simply a cultural

Calaveras County alone has over
28 major wineries and neighboring
Sonoma and Napa Valley are legendary
growers and producers of the
world’s finest wine.
We have recently completed construction of a 1400 bottle, state of the art, Wine Room in the Copper Grille. This allows us to offer a diverse selection of California varietals, ranging from “boutique” local wines to the classic Napa vintages from Stags Leap and Opus One as well. Many of our wines are under $35, because our philosophy is “great wines don’t need to carry a big price tag.” Our Wine Menu is constantly evolving as we search for those special wines to offer our members and guests.
Along with the new cellar, we have created the Saddle Creek Wine Society. Are you a Wine lover? Society membership offers incredible benefits: Cellar 6 bottles, either from your wine collection or purchased at huge savings from our list, and enjoy them while dining at the Grille. Enjoy 2 for 1 wine selections offered daily at your table and attend exciting and educational Wine Society events at special pricing.
